QUESTIONS

What's the minimum booking?

Both Event Photography and Photobooth services require a minimum of 2 hours. That's a $600 base rate per service, paid in full at the time of booking.

Can I book both services together?

Yes! Book Event Photography and Photobooth separately through each calendar. Contact us after booking if you'd like to coordinate both for the same event.

Where do you cover?

We're based in Colorado Springs and cover surrounding areas. Reach out before booking if your event is in a different location.

Can I add more hours?

Absolutely. When booking, you can select as many hours as you need beyond the 2-hour minimum. Each additional hour is $300.

Who will be at my event?

Services are operated by trained Casa Bay Photography interns and staff members, ensuring consistent, professional coverage at every event.

Is payment required upfront?

Yes. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your date and hours. This protects your spot on our calendar.
